MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDERED FOR LOWER ST. MARTIN PARISH
 
(St. Martinville, La.)-Parish President Guy Cormier has ordered a mandatory evacuation for Lower St. Martin Parish beginning at 4:00 p.m. today (Saturday).  Voluntary evacuation for all upper St. Martin Parish will begin today (Saturday) at 12:00 p.m.  

Beginning at 4:00 p.m.this afternoon the bridge in Lower St. Martin will be unmanned and will not be open to boat traffic due to the ordered mandatory evacuation.  

Sandbags will continue to be available as follows on Saturday and Sunday.

Henderson-City Park in Henderson 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
 
7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. for the following locations:
North Barn at Grand Point Hwy & North Barn Road, Breaux Bridge.
Ruth Barn at 1035 Ruth Bridge Hwy. Breaux Bridge
South Barn on Capritto Forty Arpent Rd
Stephensville Fire Station on Stephensville Rd.
Belle River Fire Station Hwy 70 Belle River
